Hi ! Skillful looking bakery ! 'v'
But I would like to have some mochi-bread recipe or that cheese-mochi.
I live in Finland so brands that they sell in Hon-Kong are out of my reach.
I can find common wheat flour and glutinous rice flour...
How they are mixed ?

hi, I had these when I was in Hong Kong and they taste wonderful. I'm now living in Canada, so I don't get to eat them anymore. Seeing your post just brighten up my day! Could you send me the recipe? Thank you for posting!

Dear Aunty please could you just say what is in the Mochi Bread Premix? For example, is it glutinous rice flour, bread flour, cornstarch, baking soda, yeast...?

Because some of us cannot buy the premix, but would like to recreate it ourselves

Thank you!
